The Royal Palms Group has launched a brand new package at the Royal Palms Hotel in Mumbai which will help engaged couples plan and enjoy their special wedding day at the luxury five-star property.
The hotel group has debuted into the destination weddings industry with the launch of a unique that will see industry experts and professionals help organise unforgettable weddings in India for foreign or national couples.

The tailor-made package includes a traditional baraat (a ceremony that announces the arrival of the groom) from the hotel gate which features folk dancers, fireworks and a buggi.
Dilawar Nensey, the Managing Director of Royal Palms group of hotels, explained: "As much as fifty per cent of our inventory this winter went towards wedding group bookings. That is because there is no other five star hotel in Mumbai that offers a la carte and every conceivable facilities required for a luxury wedding under roof."

Engaged couples will have plenty of venues to choose from for their traditional Indian wedding, such as the open manicured lawns, the rooftop terrace, the pool deck and the brand new 3,000 square-foot convention centre that is situated at the top of a hill and offers breathtaking mountain and valley views. The centre provides the perfect setting for luxury weddings abroad and boasts a revolving stage, changing rooms, high speed elevators and a dining area.
Dilawar Nensey said: "The convention centre, a glass house of one lakh sq-feet, atop a hill inside Royal Palms is going to be a vastly different experience for wedding ceremonies. Planners will surely move away their weddings currently inside the wall locked conference rooms or poorly maintained open air spaces in far away suburbs to the new venue."
He added: "In one of the NRI weddings this December we had put shennai players right atop the old era fort inspired balconies. We are willing to go that extent to make a wedding successful."
